Delete your Samsarix account
A public deletion pathway for Samsarix Social and the Samsarix AI web platform.
Delete from Samsarix Social
You can initiate permanent account deletion without leaving the app:
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings, then find the Privacy section.
- Choose Delete Account and complete both confirmation prompts.
The deletion is permanent. Export anything you want to keep before confirming.
Delete from the web or request help
If you can sign in on the web, open your account settings and use the account deletion control there.
Email from the address associated with your account when possible. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing a request. We ordinarily complete a verified email request within 30 days and will explain if applicable law or an active security, fraud, billing, or dispute issue requires longer.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
You don't have to delete your whole Samsarix Social account to remove individual items. From the app:
- Open your Profile and select the character you want to remove.
- Choose Delete and confirm Delete Permanently.
Deleting a character permanently removes that character, its conversation history, ratings, and bond progress. Your account, other characters, and everything else you've created are not affected. The same applies to removing a friend connection from your Friends list.
Limited records — such as safety reports, moderation events, or billing history tied to the deleted item — may be retained where necessary to comply with law, resolve a dispute, or prevent fraud or abuse. Prefer email or don't have app access? Use the same deletion request email and specify what to remove.
What deletion covers
The deletion process removes or deactivates the account and targets associated profile, character, social, conversation, workflow, memory, preference, and access data held by Samsarix.
A successful in-app or web deletion request ends account access and starts the automated deletion or de-identification process immediately. Unconverted guest trials and their character chats are scheduled for automatic deletion after 30 days. Optional first-party analytics also follow the automatic 30-day, 90-day, 1-year, or account-lifetime retention choice selected in Privacy settings.
Limited records may be retained where necessary to comply with law, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or abuse, or document a transaction. Data already shared with another service remains subject to that service's controls. Backup copies and provider-side data may age out on a later protected cycle; Samsarix takes reasonable steps to instruct service providers acting on its behalf to delete or de-identify covered data.
Cancel paid subscriptions separately
Deleting a Samsarix account may not cancel a subscription billed by Google Play, an app store, or another payment provider. Cancel the plan with the provider shown on your receipt before deleting your account.
