Samsarix Realms terms

Samsarix Realms is an adult-positioned service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Provide accurate eligibility information when requested.

Realms and Samsarix Social use one Samsarix account. Keep your credentials secure, remove access you no longer authorize, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for account activity to the extent permitted by applicable law, except where caused by Samsarix's failure.

Realms is a persistent shared-world AI role-playing game. It provides solo and invited co-op adventures, server-owned game state, persistent heroes, shared events, guilds, asynchronous raids, bounded party finding and presence, and a traceable Realm Chronicle. Shared activity enhances the experience but is not required to play.

Features, limits, model availability, content, event schedules, and supported platforms may change as the product develops. A preview, alpha, or disabled feature is not a promise that it will become generally available.

AI-generated narration, dialogue, suggestions, and summaries may be inaccurate, unexpected, repetitive, or unsuitable. Review generated content and use the safety and reporting controls provided. Realms is entertainment, not professional advice or an emergency service.

The AI proposes narration; it does not decide authoritative game history. The server validates dice, combat, inventory, rewards, contributions, milestones, raid progress, and Chronicle facts. Displayed state can be corrected when a defect, abuse, replay, or invalid transaction is found.

You retain the rights you hold in content you submit and grant Samsarix the limited permission needed to host, process, display, moderate, and transmit it to operate and protect Realms. Only submit content you are authorized to use.

Guild names and mottos, lobby titles and notes, display snapshots, shared adventures, and other community content must be lawful and must not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, expose private information, infringe rights, evade safety controls, or contain prohibited sexual or child-endangerment content. Public text may be screened, hidden, removed, or preserved for safety review.

Use available in-app report and block controls or contact support@samsarix.com for content that may violate these rules. Do not retaliate against a report or attempt to discover a private block relationship.

Invite and lobby access creates ordinary shared-adventure membership. Participants may see and influence the adventure content available to that party. Do not join or share a campaign if you are not comfortable with those participants seeing its shared story and game state.

Contributions, guild attribution, milestones, raid phases, region changes, and Chronicle facts come from structured server records. Late sync, retries, account switching, guild moves, or multiple devices do not entitle a player to duplicate credit. Shared-world history may remain in aggregate after an account-linked record is deleted or de-identified.

Realms has a genuinely playable free experience. Realms Pass is a separate, app-scoped subscription and does not grant Samsarix Social Plus or a Samsarix AI platform tier. It becomes purchasable only when enabled for the Realms app and the store products are available.

Before purchase, the store and in-app offer must show the actual price, currency, billing period, included recurring benefits, any introductory terms, and renewal behavior. An auto-renewing plan continues until canceled. Store-derived pricing wins over examples or older promotional copy.

Google Play owns purchase and subscription management for a Play entitlement. Use the subscription-management destination in Settings to cancel. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while paid access continues for the period shown by the store; refunds, immediate cancellation, grace periods, and account holds follow the provider's rules and applicable law.

Deleting the app or shared Samsarix account does not itself cancel a store subscription. Restore Purchases can recover an eligible entitlement for the same account after provider verification. Purchase tokens may not be transferred or replayed across accounts, apps, or products.

Realms depends on networks, AI providers, stores, notification services, and shared Samsarix infrastructure. Turns, notifications, co-op updates, purchases, or shared event state may be delayed or unavailable. Maintain your own copy of information you cannot afford to lose and use the export feature where available.

Access may be limited or suspended for security risk, unlawful use, abuse, non-payment, attempts to manipulate authoritative state, or material breach of these terms. We may change features or limits for security, reliability, legal compliance, balance, or product development. Material subscription changes will receive the notice required by the store and applicable law.

The Realms Privacy Notice explains the shared-account boundary, adventure and shared-world data, AI processing, public projections, account-wide export, deletion, and retention. Contact support@samsarix.com for product or billing help and contact@samsarix.com for privacy requests.

The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate account, product, or provider notice before they take effect when required. Continued use after an effective update means the updated terms apply, subject to applicable law and any separate notice or consent requirement.
